报告人简介：

    Yildiray Yildirim，美国纽约市立大学巴鲁克分校商学院房地产金融系教授、系主任。2001年获美国康奈尔大学统计学博士学位。主要研究领域为房地产金融、资产证券化和风险管理等。已在Journal of Banking and Finance, International Journal of Finance and Economics, Review of Finance, Real Estate Economics, The Journal of Real Estate Finance and Economics等期刊发表论文30余篇。他目前也担任国际期刊Real Estate Economic, Mathematical Finance Letters以及The ICFAI Journal of Financial Risk Management的副主编。
